Sleeping and Eating

We’ve had some amazing success in sleepology this weekend.  Friday night Ijah ate at 10pm, we plugged him at 2am, and he slept until 6am.  Amanda got a straight eight for the first time in at least a year and a half.  When he got up at 6 he played until 9am them went back to nap for TWO MORE HOURS!  Seriously.  We can get into this.

Last night’s sleeping wasn’t quite as good but to iJah’s credit we came back from dad’s where he had fallen asleep so things were kinda screwed up.  He made up for it this morning with another 1 1/2 hour nap.

One trade of is that he’s considering dropping his third (3-4:30 nap), which I read is OK, but it does make him cranky in the evening.

New sleeping habits have changed his eating habits as well; but that’s a trade-off we’re willing to make!
