After three days of fuss Grandma Sherry came up to give Sherman and I some time off. Of course nothing other than an adorable coo was uttered by our little Ijah, adding to the misconception that he is a perfectly happy baby all the time. Yes, he’s happy, he also is a bit of a colic monster at times. We weren’t looking to prove anything though and dashed out as soon as Sherman got home. It was date night! It was a blast.
We were rewarded for taking some time to ourselves by a happy baby this morning, we got the adorable coos, we got the smiles. He’s starting a little fuss now but this morning makes up for it.
A good night followed by a good morning. Happy parents = Happy baby
